Ray, Rita, Ethel . . . So saddened to hear of the lost of your Mother, my dear Mrs Cunningham. Spending my early years and always finding myself spending the night with the Cunninghams has always been a pleasant memory of my youth. Your mother always accepted me and "always" made me feel welcomed. What a marvelous and saintly woman she was. Years slipped, but never the memories. When I began as the night secretary at Fifth Baptist Church in 1989, I worked directly under Mrs. Cunningham, and what an honor and privilege it was to be guided by such a bright and shining light, with the BIGGEST and most beautiful smile.

I will always love and cherish the love she always showed me from the very first day we met, and even now whenever she saw me.

May God comfort your hearts and give you peace in the midst of this storm.
