The funeral services for the late Mr. Carl Perry "C. P." Wallace, who departed this life on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Pruitt Healthcare in Sylvester, Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the Shipp's Funeral Home Chapel in Sylvester, Georgia. Burial will follow in the Shepard Memorial Garden Cemetery in Sylvester, Georgia. Mr. Carl Perry "C.P. Wallace was born on January 6, 1947, in Sylvester, Georgia to the late "Mr and Mrs. Perry, Sr. and Eddie Mae Carter Wallace. Carl transitioned his earthly life on Wednesday May 4, 2022, at Pruitt Health Nursing Home in Sylvester, Georgia.

He was a farmer all of his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, two sisters, one daughter, Alice Mae Wallace, and one great grandchild, Ny ’Keria Wallace.

He leaves to cherish his memories of two daughters: Caroline (Fred) , of Moultrie, Georgia, Dianne (Isaac) of Fort Lauderdale Florida; five grandchildren, Deshon Almond, Issiah Hugger, Nitish Wallace, Fredrick Wallace and Eric Wallace; twelve great grandchildren; three sisters, Annie Bell Collier, Molly Wallace, Juanita Carroll, all of Sylvester, Georgia; one special nephew, Charles Rutland; two special and close friends, Daniel Riley, Pop Hudson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
