The funeral services for the late Mrs. Pamela Williams, who departed this life on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia, will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Shipp's Funeral Home Chapel, Sylvester, Georgia. Pastor Nick Hillery will deliver the Eulogy. At the request of the family, the remains will be cremated. Mrs. Pamela Regina “Pam” Williams was born on July 15, 1966 in Worth County, Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. James Roy and Margaret Griffin Williams.
Pam was educated in the Worth County Public School System and graduated from Worth County High School. She was of Baptist faith.
Pam was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Charlie James Austin. This union was blessed with one daughter.
On October 24, 2023, Pam’s earthly life came to an end while she was a resident of Pruitt Health Care of Albany, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Larry Williams, Randy Williams, and a sister, Gloria Jean Williams.
Pam is survived by her lovely daughter, Ms. Chantal Jarda Austin; two grand dogs that she loved dearly, Saweetie Marie Austin, who preceded her in death earlier this year, and Lillie A'Milli-Ann Austin; two brothers, James Roy Williams, Jr., Tommy Williams; two sisters, Anne Richardson, Irma Jean Milton; an uncle, Nelson Griffin; a very dear friend, Lige Chappell; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
