The funeral services for the late Ms. Tijuana Monique "T-Baby" Stephens Brown of 139 Towncreek Drive, Sylvester, Georgia, who departed this life on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the Greater New Bethel Baptist Church in Sylvester, Georgia with the Elder Lindsey Napier, officiating. Burial will follow in the Shepard Memorial Garden Cemetery in Sylvester, Georgia.
Mrs. Tijuana Monique Stephens Brown was born on March 30, 1976 in Dougherty County, Georgia to the late Mr. Rufus Stephens and Mrs. Gloria Youmes, and she was raised by Mr. James Youmes, Sr.
She was educated in the Mitchell-Baker Public School System. She graduated from Worth County High School in 1995.
Tijuana was affiliated with Brown Chapel CME Church in Sylvester, Georgia. She worked as a Shift Manager for Pizza Hut.
She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Jerra Brown. Tijuana loved life and loved her family. She was a friend to everyone.
On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, God took this Angel by the hand and said “Come home and rest.”
Tijuana leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Javaris (Alysse) Stephens of Leesburg, Georgia, Jaquarius Hamilton of Sylvester, Georgia; a daughter, Jaqwanda Stephens of Sylvester, Georgia; a loving mother, Gloria Youmes of Sylvester, Georgia; four grandchildren, Jurnee, Johnathan, Jaquarius, Jr., and Bryson; two brothers, Christopher (Felica) Stephens of Warner Robins, Georgia, James (LaMonica) Youmes, Jr. of Virginia; aunts, Lora Lewis, Evelyn (James) Polk, Debra Jackson Deloise (Eddie) Bryant, Genie Mae Winkfield, Linda Roberts, Jessie Mae (Willie James) Dell; uncles, Charlie Jackson, Alfonzo Jackson; and a host of cousins and friends, and a special cousin, Shikinah Tukes.
