The Home Going Celebration for Ms. Francina Brabham Shivers will be conducted on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Williston - Elko School District Auditorium, 12255 Main Street, Williston, SC 29853, with Reverend Richard Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston & Cremation Service.
