In Loving Memory of My Dear Sister How deeply I will miss our conversations—the ones that made ordinary days so special. I'll miss calling you on my drive home from work on Wednesdays, sharing Bible study and talking about God. I'll miss our Sunday chats about the game, laughing together about how our Dallas Cowboys always seem to let us down, yet still saying, "They're sorry, but they're still our team." I'll miss you asking what I cooked and me replying, "Nothing," and then hearing you say, "Your poor husband!" We'd laugh as I reminded you that he knew I couldn't cook when we got married. You are at peace now because you knew who God is and had a true relationship with Him. It will take time to adjust to not having our regular calls and talks, but I will forever miss you. Love and memories always.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious gift of our sister's life. We are grateful for the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the joy she brought into our family. Comfort us in our grief, strengthen us in our faith, and remind us that death is not the end, but a doorway into eternal life with You. May her soul rest in Your everlasting peace, and may we live in a way that honors her memory and glorifies Your name. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." – Psalm 34:18
