Funeral services for Mr. Albert Washington, 99, of 210 Oakridge Drive, Orangeburg, SC, will be held 11:00am, Thursday, October 9, 2025, at New Mt Zion Baptist Church, 1739 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, with internment to follow at Belleville Memorial Garden.
Mr. Washington passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025, peacefully at his residence.
Public viewing will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 1-6pm.

To Sister Esther. My sincere late sympathy to you and your family. I met Dea. Washington while staying with Uncle Darby in St. Paul. He was an awesome guy and was well respected during his life time. He will be missed, but allow God to fill the gap of his absence. Be encouraged....

So sad to loose such a fine gentleman. Mr. Albert was a "blessing from God" that supported the Edisto Shrine for many many years plus made the world's best sweet tea also he'd kept the building in ship shape appearance and kept it's members atraight too. Mr. Albert was an honorary member of the Edisto Shrine club and will be truly missed. Mrs. Washington we're in all our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. To the Washington Family. I have known Mr. Washington most of my life starting at the old St. Paul Baptist Church on Windsor Street. I respected his position and always was treated kind by him. He was very quiet and humble. Going to miss him.
