Obituary For Mr. Anthony Xzavion Riggins, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Anthony Riggins, Jr., 14, of 497 Brim Street, Santee, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Lake Marion High School Gymnasium, 3656 Tee Vee Road, Santee, with interment to follow in Island Cemetery, Santee. The Reverend Alphonso Fogle is officiating.

The body will be placed in the gymnasium one hour prior to the service. Anthony Xzavion Riggins Jr. was born June 28, 2007 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He was the son of Cynthia M. Stokes and Anthony Riggins. Anthony departed this life on Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Anthony attended Lake Marion High School in Orangeburg County.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Ethel Lee Riggins and Fred Waley.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories, his loving parents, Anthony Riggins and Cynthia Stokes of the home; four brothers: Bryheem Stokes, Treyvon Stokes, Demonte Shaw and Damonte (Jasmine) Howell all of Santee, SC; grandparents: Wilson (Latifa) Johnson of Holly Hill, SC and John (Patricia) Brown of Santee, SC; godparents: Juanita Stokes of Vance, SC and Darrell Bryant of Orangeburg, SC; one niece and four nephews; a very special friend, Makyrah Hilliard; and a host of aunts, uncles, other family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Simmons Funeral Home of Santee, 8824 Old #6 Highway, Santee.

Family and friends may call the residence of his mother and father Mrs. Cynthia Stokes and Mr. Anthony Riggins, Sr., 497 Brim Street, Santee, also condolences may be expressed, via telephone at (803) 496-8432 or Simmons Funeral Home of Santee.
