I remember as a kid you used to play the PlayStation game tekken and that further more peaked my interest in martial arts and when we found out about your sickness you told me "nephew if that's your dream you fight for it no matter what " and those words stick with me I love you uncle Chris when I see you again I'll tell you how many more gold medals I won
Wow, Bro-inlaw, didn't see that coming, I thought would run the streets again one more time. May God be with the family!!
Sending heartfelt condolences. Rest well Chris.
Chris my brother-in-law Bubba, you, me, Lorraine and the kids we had a lot of good times together, the things that we laughed about especially with the kids. We had a lot of funny moments and times together and the one that sticks out the most for me was when we was headed to Barnwell and Bubba was driving we got pulled over in Gaston. The was a small compact car and it was 8 of us in the car and the officer asked us to get out the except the kids, the officer told Bubba that he was speeding and with a few choice words that he said and then Chris said that was the other car that passed us because with all of us in the car we couldn't go over 45mph and after the officer said he didn't see how Chris fit inside the car because he was so tall but got the ticket and kept on going to Barnwell. And I remember the promise. Thank you brother-in-law for all of the good times that we had I love you Chris

Chris when you left us I knew that your suffering was over and a part of me was broken. We laughed and did things together, like I taught you how to drive trucks and I was so proud of you the family man that you were my little baby brother and when you would called me no matter what we were going through I would always be there but I know that now you're in a better place. Chris your home now watching over us now and I thank God for letting me be your Big Brother. Now Ronnie, Karen and I will keep our promise to you and be there for Lorraine and my nieces, nephews and your grandsons. I love you Chris. Your Big Brother Bubba

To my giant of a nephew (literally), you will truly be missed. Your infectious smile will always be remembered. I love the family man that you were. You were a true example for your sons. You also showed your daughters how they should be taken care of. I know this is long, but you are my nephew. On a humorous note, I will never forget the day we were at the Post Office and this man said something out the way. You stopped your car in the middle of the parking lot. I hurriedly said, he's not talking to me(he was)! But I knew you were getting ready to check him. I'm going to miss you nephew. You had your family's back and we have yours. Lorraine and the kids will be good, your mama and siblings will be good, we will all be because you are watching over us. Hug Dorian for me. I know the two of you are going to have a time. Love your Aunt Cookie
