Mr. Frank Phelps, Jr.

It is hard to say farewell to a fine gentleman who love was a wide band that covered much in the community and his family. I enjoyed his much challenging conversations and thoughts. An authoritarian army solider for 20 years will never be forgotten. Thank you for the time you spent with me and my children. Thanks for such great conversations we had during the Thanksgiving gathering...much needed, I will remember forever.
