Funeral services for Mr. Marvin Phelps, 58, of Stonecrest, GA, will be held 1:00pm, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Simmons Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel, 2868 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, with interment to follow in Gethsemane Memorial Garden.
Mr. Phelps passed away Monday, September 23, 2024, in Decatur, GA.
Public viewing will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 1:00pm- 6:00pm.
