The best memory I have of Nate. I ran him at Atco in eliminations, and he promised me he was set up on dead 8.90. I left starting line couldn't see him entire track... lift at 1000ft and look for my win light. As he BLOWS BY ME, it wasn't close, but he got me.... I got out at the end and he told me again... I bet it went 8.90... I swore NO WAY POSSIBLE. DAMMIT YOU BELIEVE HE DID GO EXACTLY 8.90 AT 182 MPH.... GOD REST GATOR
I am so sorry that Nathaniel left so soon! He was a good neighbor, and was also my pupil at Sharperson Junior High School. My sincere condolences to the Shivers family. Barbara Jean Tilly Graves
