Funeral services for Mr. Philip Huggins, 80, of Orangeburg, SC, will be held 2:00pm, Friday, April 18, 2025, at Simmons Funeral and Crematory Chapel, 2868 Columbia Road, Orangeburg, with interment to follow at Gethsemane Memorial Garden.
Mr. Huggins passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at MUSC Health-Orangeburg.
Public viewing will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 11am-6pm.
