My sincere condolences to Jimmie and the entire community and other family memories. Mr. Rowe was a very good and honorable man, father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. He and Jimmie were foster parents to many. They did a wonderful job in providing and loving the children in their home. May God keep the good memories of him near your heart. Be encouraged...
