Funeral services for Mrs. Frances L. Mitchell, 77, of Santee, SC, will be held 2:30 pm, Friday, July 3, 2026, at Brown Chapel AME Church, 190 Brown Chapel Road, Elloree, SC with interment to follow at Brown Chapel AME Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Mitchell will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Mitchell passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm-6:00pm.
