Graveside services for Mrs. Henritta Frederick, 69, of 711 Kings Road, Orangeburg, SC, will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2022 at Belleville Memorial Gardens, Orangeburg, SC, with interment to follow. Reverend Gregory Young is officiating.
Henritta S. Frederick was born June 7, 1953, in Orangeburg, South Carolina to the late Leavi and Dorothy Salley. Today, we honor a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who departed this life on July 18, 2022.
Henritta attended the public schools of the Orageburg area. She worked 33 years at the Orangeburg Country Club.
Henritta was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. She loved her family and was respected by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald T. Frederick; one son, Eric L. Salley; four siblings, Robert Salley, Mildred Salley-Franklin, Janette Salley and Linda Thompson.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories: one son, Tauris T. Frederick; one daughter-in-law, Tracy Salley; five grandchildren: Loren Salley, Courtney Salley, Chandler N. Frederick, Aarian Frederick and Jaleah Frederick, four brothers-in-law: Matthew Thompson, Bobby Franklin, James (Vanetta) Frederick and Stanley Frederick; eight nieces and nephews: Nita Salley, Naitia Thompson, Nyla Thompson, Michael (Devonia) Salley, Regina Taylor, Travis Frederick, Rhonda Frederick, Nicole Frederick and Christopher Frederick; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Family and friends may visit at the residence of her son, Tauris Frederick, 711 Kings Road, Orangeburg, SC or Simmons Funeral Home and Crematory of Orangeburg, SC. A mask is required during visitation.

Cousin Henritta will be missed so much, her smile, humor cousin Henritta, Birdie as family would call her. She fought a good fight finish her race God called his child to her eternal home.
