Obituary For Ms. Annie Dantzler
Funeral services for Ms. Annie Dantzler, 109, of Bowman, S.C., will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Andrew Chapel Baptist Church, 3670 Five Chop Road, Orangeburg, SC, with interment to follow at Andrew Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Dantzler will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Dantzler passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Public viewing will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 1 to 6 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m., at Simmons Funeral Home and Crematory.

On visits to Bowman from my childhood onward during holidays and summers, I remember great times shared with my Grandparents and my Grand Aunts! Annie Lee's spunk and sincere support for me and my family will always be appreciated and admired! While she will be missed, may all of us in her inner circle celebrate the example of a spirited journey she walked for 109 years!
