Funeral services for Ms. Patsy Ann Palmer, 60, of Santee, SC, will be held Saturday, 11:00am, January 4, 2025, at Rock Hill AME church, Vance, SC, with interment to follow at Island Cemetery, Santee, SC. Rev. Dr. Jimmy Ravenell Sr. is officiating.
Ms. Palmer will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Palmer passed away one Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, from 11am - 6pm, at Simmons Funeral Home, Santee, SC.
