Obituary For Ms. Raquel Sumpter
Funeral services for Ms. Raquel Sumpter, 46, of Elloree, SC, will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Elloree Elementary School, 200 Warrior Drive, Elloree, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Sumpter will be placed in the school one hour prior to the service.
Public viewing will be held Friday, January 16, 2026, from 1-6pm.
Family and friends may call Simmons Funeral Home of Santee.

Raquel was always such a sweet young lady much like her sisters and her sweet Mother Miss Leatha. Knew all of the family from my teaching days in Elloree. My son Joey and I send our condolences and prayers to all family members. God Bless All !!
