Mrs. Sarah Jane Hickman entered into rest Monday, May 27, 2024, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Monday, June 3, 2024, at Thankful Grove Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Hickman is survived by four sons: Anton Holston, Samuel Hickman Jr., both of Aiken, SC, Willie Lee Carter Jr. of Pendleton, IN, and Stephon Carter of Bennettsville, SC; two daughters: Michelle Haynes of Huntsville, AL and DeAndrea Green of Tifton, GA; one brother, Lewis (Annie) Holton Sr. of Windsor, SC; two sisters: Josephine (Aaron) Gomillion of Washington, DC, and Ethel Dicks of Windsor, SC; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 2:00pm - 7:00pm, at Simmons Memorial Chapel of Elko.
