To the daughter and family of my dear departed friend; I extend my deepest condolences. We were employed together for over thirty some years. I have relocated back to my home state of Alabama following retirement. Therefore, I will not be able to attend his funeral. A special note: because of him I became the first Black Male Social Worker for the state of Tennessee following due process under his auspices and guidance. He will truly be missed and I am Mr. Herbert Diggs. "God is good all the time"
