Condolences to the Waller Family. Mildred was one of the most Beautiful Queens through and through. She had the most upbeat sweetest personalities with a kind heart. Blessings to all the Waller Family.

Such a beautiful, charming and eloquent lady. And her personality as well as her demeanor was completely full of grace.
