I met Sister Rosemary Stephens, many years ago at Philadelphia Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev.W.Morris,where members of my family worshipped as well. She has always been a very sweet, sweet spirit whenever and whereever you meet her. Last year I attended Philadelphia Baptist, she saw me and came up to greet me and gave me a wonderful compliment, while shaking my hand. She was also a faithful participant in The Mount Herman Missionary Baptist Association which our churches were member churches.I recall her being assigned to the Finance committee along with Deacon Watley and others. The world is a better place because of your sweet, sweet spirit and thank you for your always friendly actions.

Rosemary and I have been friends for about 40+ years. We met at IRS and became co-workers and good friends. I loved her and cherished our friendship immensely. I have missed seeing and talking to her since retirement. She was thought about a lot and will forever be in my heart. My sincere condolences go out to all her family. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this sorrowful time.
