Funeral service for Mrs. Arnez "Cookie" Sample will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, January 17, 2020 at J. O. & Annette Smith Memorial Chapel, 307 S. Johns St., Florence. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC.

The family will receive friends Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 2627 Apt. - B. Lillian Dr., Florence.

I am so sorry to hear of Cookie's passing. She was such a sweet and kind person! Our family knew her when she worked at Oakdale and enjoyed many meals she prepared. I know she will be greatly missed! Lynn Rogol and family of Ray Scott
