I will always remember this precious man as one of the most self-less men I've ever known. He made some of the best food you ever want to eat. He always cooked the best food for every camp meeting. We all loved him so much. May this great man Rest In Peace until we meet again!

Elder Thomas and I have fond memories of your father as we often met at church. We will always remember his fondness for sweets. And the times he allowed the Temperance team to stick his finger to check his blood sugar. He always had a smile for everyone he met. We will sorely miss him and please know others share your loss. We wait for that great getting up morning when all sorrow will be over.
From the kitchen in Phila., in the home near the corner store: Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? ... One of the numerous things I will always remember! Thank You, uncle JC. - A in NJ
I Donna Sumo is the niece of Jerry Smith not by blood but by marriage. You see uncle Jerry never allowed that small fact to interfere with our relationship he always treated me and my brothers with love and respect. I remember when my uncle would walk miles to work for days at a time to support his family at the end of the day there were no complaints or signs of stress just love and care sharing his love for God I can say my Uncle truly had close relationship with God. His sweet presence showed me selflessness and character that can never be replaced. I love you Uncle Jerry nest in peace
