Paulette Ross Ganns, 74 of Danville passed away January 6, 2024 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born July 3,1949 and was the daughter of Horace and Mary Ross.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Terri L. Taylor, grandsons James Harris, Benjamin White, Fernando Erazo, sisters Allie Ross Willams, Monie Jo Bedinger, Lacey Faulkner, and former spouses Donnell Simpson and Joe Ganns.
Paulette graduated from Fugazzi Business College received a diploma in medical assisting. She was formally employed in the health field, The Palm Beach Co. and retired from Trim Masters Inc.
Paulette was a 50, year member of First Baptist Church, Danville, KY, serving in several organizations of the church.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and a group of her classmates referred to as the 1949’ers.
Paulette leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters Rebecca (Carl) White, and Saundra (Curtis) Brown of Danville, who will forever be known as Paulette’s Girls. Siblings Felix (Betty) Ross of Lexington, AJ Carpenter Ross of Louisville, and Rosa Ross Scotton of Hustonville. Grandchildren: Michael Brown, Elijah White, Kaila Brown, Selena Erazo, Zaviera and Gabriel Simpson; Great-grandchildren Amyra Walker, Wesley Walker and Chaynce Houston; also a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, January 12, 2024 at First Baptist Church 200 West Walnut Street, Danville, KY
Visitation: Begins at 11:30 am until time of service.
Burial: Hilldale Cemetery, Duncan Hill Rd. Danville, KY
