I first met Chuck back in 1971 when we were both draftsmen for the same structural engineering firm in Baltimore. Chuck and I actually worked together again on two other occasions for two different firms. The last time was in Port Gibson, Mississippi, where we were working on a nuclear plant design together. Chuck was the head of the structural drafting group, and he hired me to be his assistant. Chuck was always a dear friend of mine and was instrumental in opening the gospel to me. My wife, Terry, and I loved Chuck and Penny very much and were able to have many times of wonderful fellowship with them during that 2-year stint in Mississippi. As it so often goes, however, time, distance, and life and career changes separated us over the last couple of decades. Terry and I want to express our deepest condolences to Penny and the entire Bagby family. It is a comfort to us to know that our dear, dear friend and brother in Christ is in the presence of his beloved Lord and Savior.
