Losing Bernard feels like losing a piece of us. He was more than a friend — he was a constant, a protector, someone who always showed up with a smile and made you feel like everything would be okay. He had this amazing strength and a heart full of kindness. We'll miss his laugh, his stories, and the way he cared for everyone, especially Marlee. Condolences and prayers to the Bivens and McClendon families. GOD's blessings to his mother Dora Neal, his siblings and his aunts Shirley Ruth, Tara and Phyllis. I grew up with the Bivens' sisters and considered them family. I have known them 50 plus years, considered them my sisters. Whenever I will see Phyllis, will tell her to tell her sisters that I said hello and that I love them. It broke my heart to hear about Bernard, immediately thought about Dora Neal. I love you sister but GOD loves you more. Me and my mother's condolences and prayers are with you and the family.. love y'all Winfred and Sarah Staton...RIP Bernard🌻🙏🏽
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
