Obituary For MR. DAMON PERNELL SPENCER

MR. DAMON PERNELL SPENCER, also known as “Mr. P” to his famiy and friends, age 62, of Hamlet, North Carolina peacefully departed this life on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital, Rockingham, North Carolina.

For those family and friends who want to support the Spencer Family in their time of grief the Funeral Arrangements are as follows: On Friday, February 13, 2026 the public viewing and family visitation will be from 2:30-3:00pm at Smith's Funeral Home, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. The Service will begin at 3:00pm.

Interment will follow the service at the Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery, Morven, North Carolina.

The family request that you wear Black on Black or Black and Blue to Honor Damon's Life.

The Spencer Family is receiving friends at the residence of his daughter in Peachland, North Carolina and also at the residence of his mother in Rockingham, North Carolina.
