You were always just as sweet and humble as you could be. Our special connection was cooking, flowers & keeping our yards pretty. The moment I got the news I went to work on my flowers as hot as it was.... I still here your voice telling me "Sunshine God Has Been So Good to me baby and I pray you always keep him first & keep that baby in church, and baby if I go tonight I love you your beautiful and continue to be a great wife and mom". But be sure I get to see you again on the other side..... I'm going to remember every conversation & every contagious laugh, this ain't goodbye it's "See you later" bc we don't say bye.

Sorry to hear of Darris leaving us down here to enter his heavenly home, RIH. I use to work with Darris at Dawson Plant 3 and we always had lots of good laughs together. Darris and I would go on Friday morning and have breakfast in Rockingham. We worked third shift together. He could real ly bake some good cakes 😋. No more pain or restless nights. Brother you will be missed

So sorry to hear about Darris passing. I worked with him at Reeves Brothers in the Packing Department and he had a lot of jokes and loved to pick at me. I remember a lot of good times working with him and the other guys in the department too. He always had us laughing about something. He is going to be missed dearly by his family and friends.
