Mm mm what can I say... Hearing this broke me... I feel like a piece of me left when you did. I feel like our story wasn't finished yet. You were so full of life and love and so determined to be here for your children I loved it so much. I will miss all the days and nights of talking deep talks and us pulling up on each other. I will miss your hugs where you squeeze me a certain way and it would pop my back everytime. I miss you saying " get me some repasodo" I will miss us going fishing, meeting up when we step out and you watching me the whole time protecting me. I already miss your hugs, kisses, talks, you flirting with me. Ughhh I love you but God definitely needed you for something more ... They do say he takes his Elite first 💔❤️ I love you rest easy and keep looking down on me guiding me. Miss you a lot.

To the Thomas and Colston family: I am so sorry to hear of the departure of our beloved David. I was David's 4th Grade Homeroom teacher at MES. He was a very intelligent young man-one of the best math students I have ever taught. On numerous occasions, I remember walking the halls with him and encouraging him to stay focused on school work, and also trying to get him to see the seeds of greatness that existed in him.

It was his warm and convincing smile that would win me over, each time, when he would get in trouble for not doing his best or for not following classroom expectations.

I saw him the other day and he spoke to me with that same great big smile. Although I didn't recognize him, I thought "I know this young man." However, I am so glad that God allowed me to see him as the young man he grew up to be. "KEEP SMILING-DAVID"
