James Scotty Little,(AKA, Scotty, Scotty Joe,Prime Time) I met Scotty as a young Correctional Officer and K-9 handler. I worked along aside of Scotty as a Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain,(PERT) Squad and Platoon Leader. Scotty knew Prison Operations and how to deal with inmates and staff. He always wore his uniform with pride (starched and spit shined shoes). Scotty Loved his daughters...("My girls") his words. I'll miss MY Friend "Scotty Joe" and Fellow Comrade. "Semper Fi"
