MRS. EMMA RUTH CAPLE, 81, of Polkton, North Carolina quietly made Heaven her home on Monday, September 14, 2026 with her loving and devoted daughters at her side.

The Homegoing Service will be on Sunday, September 20, 2026, 3:00pm at Smith’s Funeral Home, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina.

Interment will be at Flat Rock 52 Memorial Cemetery,
Wadesboro, North Carolina.

The family will greet family and friends on Sunday from 2:30-3:00 and at all other times at the residence of her daughter, Minister Perle Taylor in Polkton, North Carolina.

The services will be livestreamed from this page and on Facebook at H.C. Smith Funeral Home.
