Obituary For MRS. GEORGIA YVONNE LOTHARP BOWMAN
MRS. GEORGIA YVONNE LOTHARP BOWMAN, age 73, of Marshville, North Carolina, peacefully departed this life on Monday, July 28, 2025, at her residence with her loving and devoted children by her side.
The Services to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Bowman will be on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 2:00 pm, Christ Bible Discipleship Worship Center, Marshville, North Carolina. Interment will be in the family plot of the Church Cemetery.
The public viewing will be on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 2:00-5:00pm at Smith's Funeral Home, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
The Family will receive friends at the residence of the daughter, Mrs. Ronda Chambers, 1423 Brice Griffin Road, Marshville, North Carolina.

So sweet, kind and loving was Yvonne-always giving an encouraging and powerful word that penetrated to the core of your spirit. When she spoke and prayed with and over you, you were confident that it reached the throne room of God. She cared for your soul and you felt it and that made you want to grow closer to the cross. We are blessed to have such wonderful memories of her and our hearts grow warm when we think back on the many conversations and good times we've had together.
