MRS. MARTEL CECELIA VEIRA MEACHEM, age 73, of Wadesboro, North Carolina peacefully transitioned on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Atrium Health-Union Hospital, Monroe, North Carolina with her loving family at her side.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mrs. Meachem will be on Saturday, October 24, 2025, 11:00am, in the Chapel of Smith's Funeral Home, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
The services will be streamed on facebook via H.C. Smith Funeral Home.
