MRS. MINNIE POLK STURDIVANT STATON, former Mayor of Polkton, North Carolina peacefully transitioned during the early hours of Friday, June 13, 2025 with her loving children by her side.
The Homegoing Services will be on Thursday, June 19, 2025, 12:00pm, Smith’s Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be in the family plot of Williams Cemetery, Polkton, North Carolina.
The Family will greet friends on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 11:30am - 12:00pm at Smith’s Memorial Chapel and at all other times at the family residence in Polkton.
