Obituary For Ms. Carolyn Lee Teal
Carolyn Lee Teal, lovingly known to her family and friends as βBallieβ was born on September 17, 1972 in Wadesboro, North Carolina at Anson County Hospital to the late Mamie Lee Teal and Nathaniel Smith. She transitioned from her earthly life to be present with the Lord on November 7, 2023 at Atrium Health-Union, Monroe, North Carolina.
Carolyn attended the Anson County Public Schools. She accepted Christ as her savior at an early age.
Carolyn was employed at Perfect-Fit, Wingate University, and in Home Health until her health declined.
Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed her life to the fullest.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Mamie Lee Teal and Nathaniel Smith and her sisters, Virginia Mae Teal and Mary Ann Lindsey.
Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories her grandmother, Ollie Teal of Wadesboro, North Carolina; her sister, Cynthia Teal of Wadesboro, North Carolina; three brothers, Ronnie Teal and Kenny Teal (Jennette) both of Wadesboro, North Carolina and Kenneth Ray Hough of Rockingham, North Carolina. Her five aunts, Chery Teal, Brenda Teal and Catherine Burch (James) all of Wadesboro, North Carolina, Alice Medley of Lilesville, North Carolina and Linda Wall of Wadesboro, North Carolina. Her two uncles, Kenny Wall (Josephine) of Wadesboro, North Carolina and Edward Wall (Gloria) of Lilesville, North Carolina. A special great nephew, MJ. Two special cousins, Angela Teal and Debra Smith. Her special friends, Larry Leak, Sunday Hamilton, Michelle Adams, Tameka Ross, Cynthia Hall and Jeffery Marsh. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Homegoing Services will be on Sunday, November 12, 2023, 3:00pm, Smith Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be at Westview Memorial Park, Highway 74-West, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
The Teal Family will greet family and friends on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 2:30-3:00pm and at all times at the family residence.
