Obituary For MS. DELORIS NORTON
Deloris Cash Norton, born June 17, 1955 to the late Roy (Plute) Cash and Jonhsie Mae (Polly ) Cash.
At an early age, Deloris joined and attended the Mt. Zion United Methodist church in Cheraw, SC. She also attended the public schools in Chesterfield, South Carolina.
On July 10, 1972, she was united in holy matrimony to Henderson Norton, and to this union, 3 daughters were born!. Sandra, Linda, and Patricia.
She was employed many years in the textile/ manufacturing business until her health declined.
Preceding her death are her only granddaughter Erykah Coe; her brothers, Richard Cash and Jimmy- Lee Cash; two sisters, Letha Cash and Eva Johnson.
Left to cherish her memories, her daughters, Sandra Norton Coe, Cheraw SC, Linda Norton of the home, and Patricia Norton -Cromartie (James) of Raleigh, NC. Four grandsons, Issiah Norton , Raleigh NC, Licazyual Norton (Shakira), Sylvester Norton, and Brandon Norton all of Cheraw, SC. Two great grandchildren, Licazyual Norton Jr. and Tatum Norton. Three brothers, Lennis Cash (Merita), Aaron Cash, and Gary Cash (Stephanie), all of Chesterfield SC. Two sisters, Evelyn Johnson of Chesterfield, SC and Teresa Little (Richard) of Ruby, SC. Also, her nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and friends.
The Homegoing Services will be on Sunday, March 15, 2026, 3:00pm, Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be in the family plot of Galilee AME Zion Church, Morven, North Carolina.
The Norton and Cash families will greet family and freinds on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 2:30-3:00pm at Smith's Memorial Chapel.

I didn't get to spend much time with you while you were sick, but while you were able you bought so much joy to my life if I were down an come across you outside to talk with you could always boost my spirit back up.
