Obituary For Calvin A McCluster

Calvin McCluster was the last son of five born January 10, 1959 to the late J.C. McCluster and Annie Lee Baldwin McCluster at Morton Plant Hospital located in Clearwater Florida. Calvin grew up in the Ridgecrest community located in Largo Florida. Education: Pinellas County schools Occupation: McCluster’s Cement Corporation Cement finisher Religious Affiliations: He joined the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church at an early age attending regularly with his family. Later in life he rededicated his life and recontinued his membership at his childhood church until his health began to fail him. Calvin was also faithfully present on the 5:00 am prayer call every morning and also visiting church services with his brothers and two late sisters-in-law. Along with his parents Calvin is preceded in death by one brother James “June” Lee Cannon, two special sisters-in-law who meant the world to him Clydie Mae McCluster, and Barbara Jean Yeldon-McCluster. He leaves to cherish his memories four Children: Damion Marquette McCluster of St. Petersburg FL, Caliste Demetrius Catia-McCluster (Gennie) and Schnique “Sheek” McCluster both of Clearwater FL, and Crystal Anglica McCluster of Atlanta GA. Four Brothers: Solomon McCluster Sr. of Largo FL, Eddie McCluster Sr of Seminole FL, Johnny McCluster (Josephine) of St. Petersburg FL. and Isaac McCluster (Barbara) of Largo FL. Three Aunts: Inez “Betty” Baldwin of Largo FL, Alma Henry of New York, and Clemmie McCluster of Augusta GA, One Uncle: Marcellus McCluster of August Ga,One sister-in-law: Maggie Cannon of Tampa FL,Granchildren: Damita, Damion Jr, Daqwon, Daquesha, Asia, Caliste Jr, Cametrius, Ta’Mya, Cameron Jr., Cambrea, Shunn, Kersten, Anthony, Ameir, Azariah, and Arlo. Great grandchildren: Demarious and Kammeny. Two devoted and special cousins: Mattie Elder (Roy) of Pittsburgh PA, and Barbara Baldwin of Clearwater FL. A host of extended children loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Funeral services Saturday, July 4, 2020, 11:00 AM with Visitation on Friday, July 3, 6-8 pm all at The Shiloh M B Church, Largo. Smith-Young FH & CS.
