Obituary For Dan McKinney
Dan McKinney was born on November 10, 1955, in Clearwater, Florida to Jessie and Anna McKinney. He was the last of 11 children born to this union.
He attended the schools of Pinellas County and was employed in the lawn service industry with his father and brothers. Dan loved his family, barbequing and being “on vacation.

Dan McKinney departed this earthly life for eternal glory on June 12, 2023. Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Anna McKinney, sisters, Annie Cook, Joan Parker, Lonnie Felton and Gwendolyn Lemon and brothers, Jessie McKinney, Jr., Warren McKinney and LeeRoy McKinney.
He is survived by…his sisters, Dorothy Mallory and Winnie Tisdale; brother, Henry McKinney, two sistersin-law, Idella McKinney and Martha McKinney; his son and daughter of love, Cedric and Talishaka Addison; his best friend, Evelyn Polk; and a host of family and friends.
Family will be receiving family and friends from 4 to 8 PM today at Smith-Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services
