Smith, Johnny B. "Josh" born December 12,1940 in Dawson, Georgia. He was eldest of seven children born to the late J.B. Smith and Thelma Jackson Smith.

In 1946 Josh and his family relocated to Largo, Florida where he completed his basic education and Graduated from the Pinellas High School.

Josh met the love of his life Yvonne Falana in 1960 and they united in holy matrimony in 1964 to which they were blessed with three sons Michael, Craig and Keith.

Determined to provide the best life for his family Josh moved to New Jersey where he worked for Two Guys Retail Chain and later as a Auto Hauler for the Lease Way Carrier. After 14 years of dedicated service Josh retired and they returned to Florida to enjoy their golden years together.

Johnny B. “Josh” Smith leaves cherished memories his loving wife Yvonne Falana Smith; sons Michael (Evelyn), Craig (Coila) and Keith (Rosa); 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; his siblings Isabelle Calhoun, Clearwater, Darlene Smith and Janie Smith both Largo; Fond memories also by his brothers and sisters in law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends of which closest companions and best friends Lawrence “Larry” Falana and James Bellamy.

Johnny B. was preceded in death by his parents J.B. and Thelma Smith, his brothers Jimmie Smith and Charlie Smith, sister Juanita Smith Johnson, father and mother Lucious and Gladys Falana.

Johnny “Josh” will be remembered for his devotion to family, steady work ethics and the warmth he shared with all who knew him.
