Lester Eugene Rollins, Jr. was born on March 26, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky to Lester Eugene Rollins, Sr. and Georgia Marie Rollins.
He was a graduate of Pinellas Park High School. Lester served in the United States Army National Defense Service from August 17, 1969. He received Vietnam Service Medal. Lester was employed in construction.
He was a Mason and served as an Elks Lodge Board
member. Lester was a comedian and loved to make people laugh. He played professional baseball, loved to fish and watch football. He was outspoken and kindhearted. He loved his community and was well
respected and the community loved him.
Lester Eugene Rollins, Jr. departed this life on June 6, 2025 in Clearwater, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth A. Rollins, father, Lester Eugene Rollins, Sr., mother, Georgia Marie Rollins, son Terry Rollins, brothers, Chester Rollins and Robert Earl White and grandparents, Oscar Rollins and Girtha Lee Rollins.

A Memorial Service for Lester Eugene Rollins, Jr will Celebrated 1:00 pm, Saturday, June 21, 2025 at The St. John Missionary Baptist Church 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, Clearwater with his beloved cousin Superintendent Carlton Childs, Sr. Officiant. Inurnment on Monday, June 23, 2025, 1:30 pm with Military Honors at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Bushnell, FL 33513. Entrusted Care Smith-Young Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
