Sandra Annetta Gibson was born on December 3, 1955, in Donalsonville, Georgia to the late Bennie and Mildred Gibson. Sandra accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Clearwater, Florida, under the leadership of Reverend Dupree.
She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Largo, Florida, where she served with the Mass Choir.
Sandra was a graduate of Seminole High School, Class of 1973, and continued her education at Atlanta Clark University, where she graduated in 1977.
Sandra had a passion for working with children. She was employed for over a decade with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. She was also employed with Operation Par, as well as the Pinellas County School System.
Sandra Annetta Gibson departed this life on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Morton Plant Mease Countryside Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bennie L. Gibson, Sr., mother, Mildred Gibson, brother, Bennie L. Gibson, Jr., and niece.
She leaves to cherish her memories…
