Shirley Marie Letthand was born on October 5, 1955, in Cypress, Florida to William Letthand and Bertha Lee Allison Letthand.

She was educated in the public school system and graduated from high school. Shirley was employed for Catalin Pharmaceutical for 25+ years. Her first love, after her children, was working and traveling. She enjoyed traveling to see family and friends around the world. Shirley loved visiting her friends from work. She was a Christian.

Shirley Marie Letthand departed this life on April 3, 2025, in Stuart, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Letthand and mother, Bertha Lee Allison Letthand.

Her daughters: Angela Calhoun, Christa Moreland and Sheamika Salas; Sisters: Joanne Letthand and Beverly Merritt; Grandchildren: Dienesha Peterson, Sage Henderson, De'Quan Williams, Destiney Denson, Khalil Thomas, Syonna Henderson, NyJarrah Moreland, Shia Salas, Shaedeyn Salas, Sorian Salas and Sahmiera Salas; Companion: Elder Samuel Moreland; And a host of other relatives and friends.
