Mr. Jatives Jermaine Moate, 34, of Sylvester, Ga. transitioned this life on Saturday, May 9th in Tallahassee, Fl.
Public Viewing will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Southview Mortuary located at 970 E. Franklin St. in Sylvester, Ga.
You may send flowers to Southview Mortuary located at 907 E. Franklin St. in Sylvester, GA on Friday and Saturday Morning.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16th at PFGC Church in Poulan, GA at 2:30 p.m. with Committal services to follow in Brown Cemetery in TyTy, Ga.
