Obituary For Ms. Gayle Trawick

Ms. Gayle Trawick, 56, of Albany,Ga. transitioned on September 8th at her residence. Services are scheduled for Saturday, September 14th at 2:30 p.m. at Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Albany, Ga. Repast will be held at Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church Social Hall, and the interment will follow in Tifton, Ga. at Oakridge Cemetery.

Early Sunday morning, God called home one of his humble servants. On September 8, 2019 at 2:00 a.m., God whispered to Gayle, to come enter into his heavenly kingdom.

Gayle Lynette Trawick was born on May 9, 1963 in Ashburn, GA to the parentage of the late George Trawick, Jr. and the late Martha Carson. She lived her life nurturing others back to health. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and employed by Phoebe Putney Health Systems.

Gayle was a resident of Albany, GA for 18 years. She had found a new home. Gayle believed in the Lord and served her Christian faith proudly. Her friends and co-workers will remember her always for the life that she lived and the smile that she carried.

Gayle was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Terry Lee Trawick. She now leaves to cherish her memories her two children, Gregory Ewings, Jr. and Raquel Ewings; her two sisters, Martha Batts and Brenda Trawick; her three brothers, George Trawick, III, Timothy Trawick, and Artis Trawick; one grandchild, Brookelyn Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Please continue to keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they mourn the loss of their dear love one.
