Mr. Randy Parker 52 of Tifton, Ga. transitioned Tuesday at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 18th at 1:00 p.m. at Beulah Hill Family Life Center with Committal services to follow at Oakridge Cemetery.
