To the family, I was saddened to hear Richard had passed. We worked together for many years at Kelly Slacks. He was a dear friend. I always enjoyed seeing him around town. He will certainly be missed. Richard's family is in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

My cousin Richard was a light-hearted,comical,always making you smile type of person. He loved family, which included his church family. He took his position as Chairman Deacon very seriously. A wonderful bus driver as well. To know him was to love him. I'm deeply saddened by his passing. I will miss our daily texts 😢 I pray that God gives Diane,the kids,and the rest of our family comfort and peace of mind during this very sorrowful time. He will truly be missed. His storm is over now.

Omg....Dea I'm at a loss for words bc we shared so many memories and crazy moments. I enjoyed churching with you and the members of New Mt. Zion. Seeing you handle that bus and the way those kids respect you was priceless. Lord knows I hate to see you go but God knew best. You truly left your mark here that no-one can overlook. Heartbroken to learn of Richard's passing.
