A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 11:00am in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, Portsmouth. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 4pm-6pm. Burial will be held at South View Memorial Cemetery.
