58, passed away on December 22, 2025 in Portsmouth VA. He was born in Portsmouth, VA to Bennie Harvey and Betty Mitchell. Antonio was employed with Serco Inc. as an Electrician. He was educated in Portsmouth Public Schools. Antonio had a compassionate heart that cared about everyone's well being. He also loved watching his Washington Redskin football team. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 12 noon in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation and viewing will began Sunday at 3:00pm-6:00pm.
